Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of Iris & Peonies items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please review all item descriptions, photos, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Disclaimer
Iris & Peonies is not responsible for late, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped.
After shipment, the customer assumes all responsibility for the delivery of their order. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, mishandling, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order arrives incorrect or appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
While we cannot control issues that occur during shipping or guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related damage, we care deeply about your experience and will do our best to assist when problems arise.
